From NYC: Take the Liberty State Park Water Taxi from North Cove Marina.at the World Financial Center. Schedule and specific directions.
Or, take PATH to Hoboken Terminal, Pavonia-Newport, or Exchange Place stations where you can get NJ Transit's Hudson-Bergen Light Rail to the Park. Liberty State Park shuttle bus #305 from there takes you to places of interest throughout the Park. In NJ, the Light Rail goes from North Bergen to Bayonne.
